Free note taking and note sharing with Memonic

memonic

Memonic is a free note taking tool I just learned about from Online Tech Tips (which is a great resource). There is a pretty full featured free account and a premium account that adds more features.

Memonic is similar to other note taking tools in that you can clip web content, take text notes, share notes, and access it from any computer. There are also apps for iOS and Android. You can also email a note to your Memonic account from any computer.

Tag and file notes with clutter-free tools

It is another great option for people to use for note taking and getting organized.

There is also a feature coming that will allow you to use Memonic's web clipper to save notes directly to your Evernote account.

I love these online note taking systems that allow you to take notes, clip from the web, share notes, and best of all, access your notes from anywhere. This is great for educators and students.

Free, printable sheet music paper - tabs, clef and more

Music teachers, here's on for you. Blank Sheet Music is a site that allows you to print out blank sheet music paper. You can print plain 5 line paper, clefs, tab for guitar, percussion, and much more. There are a huge number of choices and you can even add time signatures.

This is a great resource for students and teachers who need blank sheet music paper. You can print any of it without an account, but if you want to download it, you'll need to register for free.

I use it with my guitar lessons - my instructor uses the combination TAB and Music sheet as I learn how to read music. I've been playing guitar since college, but always learned by ear or TAB. The combined sheet is a great way to go from reading TAB to music.

Web 2.0: Practical Applications for Everyday Instruction

Web 2.0: Practical Applications for Everyday Instruction is a site from Salena Rabidoux at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

The site is a simple, one page site that contains lists of Web 2.0 Activities by subject area. It includes descriptions of the activity and then the link.

It's a great list of some great resources. Check it out. Part of the page is shown below.
